Before creating Stinger Compliance, Cliff established Professional Real Estate Appraisers, Inc., and amassed over 25 years of diverse real estate experience, including appraisals, feasibility studies, and litigation support. Throughout his career, he worked closely with financial institutions, developers, attorneys, and corporations, earning the esteemed MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2013. His expertise also included commercial and residential investment, property management, site selection, commercial development, adaptive reuse and land speculation.

However, Cliff’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. His passion for excellence led him to become the Founder and Operating Partner of Truck & Tap in Georgia, a unique establishment combining a craft beer bar with a rotating lineup of food trucks. This dynamic dining experience, with its ever-changing cuisine and a wide selection of craft beers on tap, became a popular spot for beer enthusiasts and foodies alike. Each location offered live music, events, and a community-focused atmosphere. It was during this venture that Cliff realized the challenges of ensuring alcohol compliance, inspiring him to develop Stinger Compliance in 2023.
